Our Story

Located in Exmouth Market, Briki is a deli and coffee brewery offering new, alternative choices with traditional recipes and quality coffee.

Briki is housed in a brand new building, with glazed frontage on both sides of the building, overlooking the market and a bustling London intersection.

Briki London is based on the concepts of tradition and quality. Our goal is to provide a unique selection of traditional recipes and quality coffees that would satisfy even the most demanding customer. Our recipes come straight from grandma’s cookbook combining the famous Mediterranean cuisine with quality ingredients. Our specialty, award winning coffee is highest-quality green coffee beans roasted to their greatest flavor potential by true craftspeople and then it is brewed to well-established standards.

Quality Coffee


1.Pianeta Utz Blend*- Taf sustainability coffees

The Taf Sustainability Coffees program includes coffees that are certified for sustainability across all production stages.  The program revolves around 3 key sustainability criteria: the ecosystem, society, and coffee quality

Eco-friendly farming techniques, sustainable working conditions as well as education and healthcare programs for the local population are major contributing factors in the program.  Taf ensures the highest quality standards are met by grading each coffee during cupping taking into consideration all of its characteristics including aroma, flavour, body and acidity.

Coffee profile: Good body, medium to high acidity, citrus and caramel aroma, sweet and smooth taste of orange peel.

2.Warka 1 Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia – Taf Single estate coffees

 The Taf Single Estate line is about coffees of “terroir”: originating from specific farms and individual growers
bearing the stamp of the local soil and climate with its unique flavour characteristics.

              Coffee Profile: blackberry, spicy, round body, creamy, amazing balance


3.Ibrik- Taf Gourmet Ibrik Coffee

Rich aroma, great ritual and countless symbolisms characterize this coffee. The origins of Ibrik coffee can be found in Yemen. The name, Ibrik, was given by the first method ever created for brewing coffee: it uses a pot traditionally made of brass or cooper (‘BRIKI’) and the two foundational ingredients for making coffee: water and heat.

4.Taf Decaffeinated

For this coffee decaffeination occurs through natural processing. The water used for decaffeination comes from springs located near the coffee plants. This water has been tested extensively and is of excellent quality and thus suitable for coffee processing. Taf Decaffeinated is sundried and comes in two varieties: Caturra & Castilo. The coffee you will taste lacks the caffeine but retains its full flavour and aroma.

Coffee profile: balanced, citrus & fruit aroma, with nuts & chocolate
